What You’ll Have Access To
The BEAM Wellness room has the full body line of Normatec compression. Using dynamic air pressure to boost circulation, reduce soreness, and speed up recovery. It leaves your body feeling lighter, looser, and ready to perform.
Normatec Compression Sleeves
Unlimited Access to our Infrared sauna. Using 900-1000nm wave length of light, infrared promotes cellar activity improving skin health, easing muscle tension, and encourage deep relaxation. It’s a simple, effective way to help your body recover, recharge, and feel restored.
Infrared Sauna
Our resistance training area is fully equipped with dumbbells, resistance bands, a Smith machine, and cable system to support strength, mobility, and functional movement. Paired with our turf area, recovery tools like foam rollers and more, it’s designed to help you train with purpose and recover with intention.
Mobility and Resistance Training Area
The BEAM Wellness Room has an assortment of additional tools such as vibration therapy, foam rollers, massage rollers, BOSU and medicine balls, and yoga mats support soft tissue work, balance, and core stability. A dedicated posing and mirror area provides an intentional space for body awareness, form refinement, and confidence building.
